Orders are delivered within 3–4 business days inside Cairo and 4–5 business days to other governorates in Egypt.

Customers must inspect and try on items upon delivery while the courier is present. Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

We only offer size exchanges for unworn items with original tags attached. Defective items may also be eligible for exchange after inspection. All exchange requests are subject to approval.
